1. Introductory provisions<\/h3>\n

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the legal relations between the buyer and the operator of the online store bachor.cz<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), which is Jan Bachor, ID: 74764764, with its registered office at U Kan\u00e1lky 1457\/10, Prague 2, 120 00.<\/p>\n

1.2 The buyer is every user of the online store who places an order for goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).<\/p>\n

1.3 These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Act No. 374\/2022 Coll., on Consumer Protection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Order and conclusion of the contract<\/h3>\n

2.1 All orders placed through the online store bachor.cz<\/a> are binding.<\/p>\n

2.2 By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Terms and Conditions and that he agrees with them.<\/p>\n

2.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order in cases where the goods are sold out or for other reasons.<\/p>\n

2.4 The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the Seller. Confirmation of the order will be sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3.1 The prices of the goods are listed including VAT and all other fees. Prices do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n
