1. What is the delivery time?
We have limited editions, beanies and caps in stock and usually ship the same day you order or the next business day. Some t-shirts and all sweatshirts are made to order, so their delivery time is approximately 14 days.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping throughout the Czech Republic is free. We primarily ship via Zásilkovna.
3. Is personal pickup possible?
Yes, we offer personal pickup in Prague, Vinohrady. Just write it in the notes when ordering.
4. What if the product doesn't fit me?
If the product does not fit you, you can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods or request an exchange for a different size.
To return the goods, simply use the online form on the Returns page. After sending, we will send you a confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.
5. What are the payment options?
You can conveniently make payment online by card via the ComGate payment gateway, or by traditional bank transfer to our account.
6. How do I choose the right size?
All products are unisex. For easier selection, we recommend that you consult the size chart for the product.
7. How to care for BACH® clothing?
We recommend washing T-shirts and sweatshirts inside out at 30°C, not drying in the dryer, and ironing away from the print. This will help them stay looking like new for longer.
8. Do you also ship abroad?
At the moment we primarily deliver within the Czech Republic, but we can also ship abroad. Just write to us.
9. How can I return the goods?
To return goods or withdraw from the purchase contract, please use the online form on the Returns page. After sending it, we will send you an email confirmation and information on how to return the shipment.
