General Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the legal relations between the buyer and the operator of the online store bachor.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), which is Jan Bachor, ID: 74764764, with its registered office at U Kanálky 1457/10, Prague 2, 120 00.
1.2 The buyer is every user of the online store who places an order for goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
1.3 These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Act No. 374/2022 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
2.1 All orders placed through the online store bachor.cz are binding.
2.2 By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Terms and Conditions and that he agrees with them.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order in cases where the goods are sold out or for other reasons.
2.4 The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the Seller. Confirmation of the order will be sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
3. Prices and payment terms
3.1 The prices of the goods are listed including VAT and all other fees. Prices do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment can be made in the following ways:
- By payment card
- By bank transfer
- On delivery
3.3 In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Buyer is obliged to pay the full amount within 7 days of confirming the order.
4. Delivery terms
4.1 The Seller delivers the goods within the Czech Republic. The delivery time varies depending on the type of product. Limited editions, beanies and caps are in stock and are usually shipped on the day of order or the next business day. Some t-shirts and all sweatshirts are made to order, so their delivery time may be approximately 14 days, unless otherwise stated for the product.
4.2 Shipping within the Czech Republic is free. The seller reserves the right to charge shipping costs only in the case of delivery outside the Czech Republic.
4.3 The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier.
5. Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
5.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Details and the online withdrawal form are available at bachor.cz/vraceni-zbozi/.
5.2 The goods must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and with all accessories.
5.3 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
5.4 The Buyer may withdraw from the contract electronically via the online form available at bachor.cz/vraceni-zbozi/, or by sending a notification to the e-mail address info@bachor.cz.
5.5 After sending the online form, the Buyer will be sent a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract to the specified e-mail address without undue delay.
6. Complaints and warranty
6.1 The goods are provided with a 24-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Complaints can be submitted electronically to the e-mail address info@bachor.cz or in writing to the Seller’s registered office.
6.3 Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
7. Personal data protection
7.1 The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations and personal data protection principles.
7.2 Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and communicating with the Buyer.
8. Final provisions
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the online store bachor.cz, i.e. on 7. 6. 2026.
8.2 The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the online store and shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
